Our Story Begins at the Ridge
Canyon Ridge Coffee House began with a single cup of coffee brewed on a quiet morning overlooking a sunlit canyon. What started as a small moment of inspiration quickly grew into a vision: to create coffee that carries the same depth, warmth, and honesty as the landscape that inspired it.
Our founder spent years travelling through Southeast Asia, meeting farmers, learning their craft, and understanding the challenges behind every harvest. He discovered that the best coffee didn’t come from massive plantations—it came from families who poured generations of knowledge into every bean.
Farmers who cared for their soil, respected their land, and relied on fair, consistent partnerships to support their communities.
Driven by this experience, Canyon Ridge Coffee House was created with one purpose: to bring ethically sourced, artisan-roasted coffee to businesses who value quality and humanity in equal measure.

Liam Carter
Founder & Head Roaster
After spending years travelling through Southeast Asia and learning from smallholder farmers, Liam returned home in 2007, determined to create a roasting company rooted in sustainability and transparency. Today, Liam oversees every stage of the roasting process, ensuring each batch captures the bold, canyon-deep flavour that defines our brand.
Sofia Martinez
Sourcing & Sustainability Lead
Sofia works directly with our farming partners across Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, building long-term relationships grounded in fairness and mutual respect. With a background in environmental science, she ensures our sourcing practices support biodiversity, soil health, and ethical labour standards.
Daniel O'Donnell
Wholesale Partnerships Manager
Daniel is the go-to contact for cafés, restaurants, and businesses joining the Canyon Ridge family. With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, he understands exactly what professional brewers need: reliability, consistency, and flavour that keeps customers coming back.
